So many of us find security in the idea of knowing where we are going to live, what we are going to do with our lives, who we are going to marry etc etc.. Yet its funny that even when we have all of this information, we still find ourselves curled up in a ball of anxiety wondering what’s next!

You know, if you really wanted to, there are countless things you could think of to worry about. We are never short of these, I am sure there is an abundance of responsibilities/tasks that consume your mind each day that you need to take care of!

If we are going to run the race of life, and do it well, we need to be feeding our soul on the right kind of input. Without the fuel that God provides us with, we won't be sustained right to the very end. It is so vital that we are constantly re-fueling with the sustenance that God has provided us with.

For example an athlete cannot run a marathon by living on caffeine/alcohol and sugar, their bodies would dehydrate and they simply wouldn't last! They need the right protein and nutrients in their diet to keep them strong and healthy from the inside out.
