Through the Emerging Leader's Scholarship Program we are identifying young men and women throughout Europe who show great potential to become Christian leaders of great influence in their families, churches, communities and nations. These are men and women with a passion to reach and influence their world for Christ, but who do not have the financial means to obtain the leadership education and development required.

After prayerful evaluation, young men and women (ages 18-30), are invited to attend Bible College for one to three years of training. The Emerging Leaders Scholarship Program provides aid for the financial requirements of attending college such as tuition fees, accommodation and living expenses, as well as offering an intense mentorship and accountability system from the staff of Equip & Empower Ministries.

All participation in the Emerging Leaders Scholarship Program is by invitation only, as this intense program is designed to see young leaders return to their nation equipped and empowered to advance the Kingdom through church planting in Europe.
