Nick Caine has a great passion to see local churches empowered and flourishing around the world. His dedication to this cause finds him travelling nearly 300 days each year, with a great focus on key cities in Europe.

Nick, along with his wife Christine, are pastors and directors of Equip & Empower Ministries. Together, travelling with their daughters Catherine and Sophia, Nick and Christine are helping to plant churches, train leaders and see the lost come to Christ all around the globe. Nick is dedicated to assisting churches, leaders, organizations and individuals in maximising their potential and living a passionate, God-inspired life.

Nick holds a degree in business finance from Canberra University, and served in merchant banking and money marketing for six years. This later led him to be a successful marketing and finance consultant for seven years.

Nick has a grasp of the condition of the church on a global scale, and one of his strategic strengths is the ability to recognise necessary changes in order to build the local church in a variety of cultural and social contexts.
